Hm... another data point suggesting we need DaCHS packages for
RPM-based distributions (because again, for long-term deployments I
maintain there's no way around using packaged software). In case
anyone reading this wants to tackle that (if you know your way around
on RH and friends, I'm pretty sure it's not much work if you start
with what we're doing for dpkg distributions), by all means let me
know.

Yes, that sounds like a good idea. I'll certainly not put any new
features in there, but since it's going to be the last version
compatible with python2, I'll certainly fix any security-relevant
bugs that may crop up, and perhaps I'll even fix particularly
egregious bugs in there.
